Resort Policies
Our policies are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Check In-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time is 9:00 AM
Please do not plan to arrive before 4PM on check-in day.
Pets
Some cabins allow pets for $30/day or $150/week. Pets must be leashed and picked up after, and are not allowed on the beach
Deposit
Reservations must be made the week of your stay to hold your spot for next year.

$50/day or $350/week
Boat Docking
Each cabin is promised ONE boat slip. Please call ahead if you plan on bringing more than one boat as slips are limited.
Anchor in our harbor for $25 per day or $100 per week.
Extra Person Charge
All Ages: $30/day or $150/week per person
Cancellations
* 30 days or less to arrival date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
* 31-60 days prior to arrival date are eligible for half of the deposit refund.
* 61+ days prior to arrival dates are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, checks, cash accepted. Rates are based on cash or check payment. Credit card payments will have service charge added to the bill.
Boat Rental
To set sail with our boat rentals, you must be at least 21, sign a "yes, I promise not to crash" waiver, and keep a credit card handy for any oopsies. Your rental includes a cozy dock space, but you'll need to top off the gas tank before you return.
